Meeting reports
A summary of our first meeting has been published in the Journal of Surgical Simulation.
About
The Society for Healthcare Reform engages in positive debate about how healthcare is delivered in this country and how we can influence and solve the difficult challenges of the NHS: the workforce problems, the funding of a service to an increasing population living older with higher co-morbidities, the primary care issues, the residential and nursing care problems.
Its aim is to bring together the views of Healthcare Leaders and provide a forum for positive debate. Our debates in the last few years have centred on improving the welfare of medical students, doctors and nurses.
Part of our debates are about recognising what is going well, but the discussions are also a chance to have an open discussion as to how we can improve on what we have and to improve the lives and working conditions of medical professionals within Healthcare.
